Temple in Split
Temple of Jupiter Split
A small but remarkably well-preserved Roman temple in a narrow alley off the Peristyle. Originally dedicated to Jupiter, it was later converted into a baptistery. Entry costs a small fee, and the sphinx guarding the entrance is one of the oldest Egyptian artifacts in Croatia.

Klis Fortress is a medieval hilltop fortress 14 kilometers north of Split, perched on a cliff pass between two mountains. Entry is paid at a modest price.
