Sveti Stefan Viewpoint
Sveti Stefan is a fortified island village connected to the mainland by a narrow causeway, now a luxury resort closed to non-guests. The viewpoint from the road above is free and delivers one of the most iconic images on the Montenegrin coast: the terracotta rooftops of the island village against the blue Adriatic. Budget travelers take the cheap bus from Budva, photograph the island from the viewpoint, and swim at the public beach on the mainland side of the causeway.
