Beach in Budva

Mogren Beach

Two connected pebble beaches sit beneath cliffs just west of the old town, reached by a coastal path carved into the rock. Access is free (sunbed rental optional). The turquoise water and dramatic cliff backdrop make it one of the best free beaches on the Montenegrin coast.

Sveti Stefan Viewpoint

Sveti Stefan is a fortified island village connected to the mainland by a narrow causeway, now a luxury resort closed to non-guests. The viewpoint from the road above is free and delivers one of the most iconic images on the Montenegrin coast: the terracotta rooftops of the island village against the blue Adriatic.
