Beach in Fethiye

Oludeniz Beach

Oludeniz is one of the most photographed beaches in Turkey, a turquoise lagoon backed by pine-forested mountains. The Blue Lagoon section is paid (modest fee). The public beach outside the lagoon is free. Paragliders launch from Babadag Mountain above and land on the beach throughout the day. Budget travelers take the cheap dolmus from Fethiye, swim on the free beach, and watch the paragliders as free entertainment.
