The Fjellheisen cable car takes visitors from sea level to 421 meters on Storsteinen mountain in four minutes. Paid. The view from the top covers the city, the fjord, the surrounding islands, and the Arctic landscape. In summer, the midnight sun is visible from the platform. In winter, the Northern Lights. Budget travelers pay the ticket for a view that changes completely depending on when they visit and whether the sky decides to cooperate.
