Koprulu Canyon
A 14-kilometre gorge carved by the Kopru River in the Taurus Mountains, popular for budget-friendly rafting and zipline day trips from Side. The canyon also contains the ruins of the ancient city of Selge and a Roman bridge.
Manavgat Grand Bazaar
Busy town market near the Manavgat River, free to browse. A good spot to pick up cheap local produce and textiles away from the resort strip.
Manavgat Mosque
A large modern mosque in the centre of Manavgat town, often included on waterfall and river day trips from Side. Free to visit outside prayer times.
Manavgat Waterfall
A wide, low waterfall on the Manavgat River, popular as a day trip from Side and Alanya. The surrounding park has tea gardens and picnic spots with a small entry fee.
Roman Aqueduct of Side
Remains of a 30-kilometre Roman aqueduct that once carried water to the ancient city of Side, with visible sections along the road between Side and Manavgat. Free to see from the roadside.
