Green Canyon
A reservoir behind the Oymapinar Dam in the Taurus Mountains, named for the vivid green colour of the water surrounded by pine-covered slopes. Boat tours from Side and Alanya are one of the cheapest day trips on the Turkish Riviera.

Roman Aqueduct of Side
Remains of a 30-kilometre Roman aqueduct that once carried water to the ancient city of Side, with visible sections along the road between Side and Manavgat. Free to see from the roadside. A reminder of the engineering scale of Roman Side.
