Black Lake (Crno Jezero)
A glacial lake surrounded by dense pine forest at the edge of Žabljak, within Durmitor National Park. The circular walking trail around the lake takes about an hour and is one of the most scenic easy hikes in Montenegro.

The Durmitor massif offers several accessible viewpoints along marked trails from Žabljak, including Curevac (overlooking the Tara Canyon) and the meadows around Žabljak itself. A park entry fee covers all trails.
This 150-meter-high concrete arch bridge spans the Tara Canyon, the deepest canyon in Europe. Free to cross on foot, the views straight down into the forested gorge are vertigo-inducing.
