Torre Guinigi
The Torre Guinigi is a medieval tower with a garden of holm oak trees growing on its roof, 45 meters above the street. Entry is paid at a modest price (230 steps). The view from the top covers the rooftops, the surrounding walls, and the Apuan Alps. Budget travelers pay the small fee, climb the stairs, and stand in a rooftop garden that has been growing trees since the 14th century.
