Oliwa Cathedral
Oliwa Cathedral is a former Cistercian abbey church in the northern suburb of Oliwa, famous for its Rococo organ with moving figures that play during regular free recitals. Free to enter. The organ concerts (usually daily in summer) draw visitors who come specifically for the sound and the spectacle of the mechanical angels and stars moving as the organ plays. Budget travelers take a cheap tram from the center and attend a free organ recital in one of the most acoustically rewarding churches in Poland.
