Jardim do Morro
Jardim do Morro is a small hillside garden at the Gaia end of the upper deck of the Dom Luis I Bridge, directly above the port wine cellars. Free. The view from the garden across to the Ribeira and the Dom Luis Bridge is one of the most photographed in Porto. Budget travelers sit on the grass, drink cheap port from a nearby cellar, and watch the sun set over the Douro. The cable car down to the waterfront is paid but the walk down is free and scenic.
