Lisbon Seven Hills Viewpoint Route
The Seven Hills Viewpoint Route is a self-guided walking route connecting Lisbon’s most famous miradouros (viewpoints) across the city’s hills. Free. Start at Praca do Comercio, climb through Alfama to the castle terrace, continue to Miradouro da Graca and Senhora do Monte (the highest point), then descend through the Mouraria to the Baixa and climb again to the Bairro Alto viewpoints. Each hilltop delivers a different panorama of the river, the rooftops, and the bridges. Budget travelers treat it as a full morning activity and stop for cheap coffee at the kiosk cafes at each viewpoint.
