Church in Kotor

St Luke's Church

St Luke’s Church is a 12th-century church on St Luke’s Square in Kotor’s Old Town, a small stone building that combines Byzantine and Romanesque elements. Free to enter. The church is unique for having both a Catholic and an Orthodox altar (it served both communities at different periods). Budget travelers visit for free and see a church that is smaller and quieter than St Tryphon’s Cathedral but arguably more atmospheric.
