Viewpoint in Tarragona
The Balco del Mediterrani (Balcony of the Mediterranean) is a viewpoint terrace at the end of the Rambla Nova overlooking the sea, the amphitheater, the port, and the coastline. Free. The tradition is to touch the iron railing for good luck. Budget travelers walk the Rambla to the viewpoint, touch the railing, and see the Roman amphitheater from above.
