A UNESCO-listed medieval Serbian Orthodox church with layers of history visible in its architecture, from Byzantine foundations to Ottoman-era modifications. Free to view from outside, with the stone facade and setting making it worth the short walk.
A hilltop fortress with free entry and sweeping views over Prizren's rooftops and the Sharr Mountains beyond. The walk up from the old town takes about 15 minutes.
The central gathering point of Prizren's old town, named after a public fountain that has been here since Ottoman times. Surrounded by cafes with very affordable prices even by Balkan standards.
A 17th-century Ottoman mosque with a graceful dome sitting right on the banks of the Bistrica River. Free to enter outside prayer times, and the exterior is one of Prizren's most photographed scenes.
