A medieval Asturian port city with a well-preserved old quarter, the Sabugo fishing district, and the Niemeyer Center (designed by Oscar Niemeyer). The arcaded streets and squares of the old town are free to wander, and the riverside walk out to the Niemeyer Center costs nothing. Palacio de Valdecarzana
